At Zhuri Gift Boxes, we want your gift to arrive safely and on time. Please read our delivery information carefully before placing your order.
Delivery Coverage
- We deliver nationwide across South Africa.
- We deliver to all major cities including Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria, Port Elizabeth, and surrounding areas.
- We also deliver to smaller towns and rural areas, though delivery times may be slightly longer.
Our Courier Partners
We work with trusted South African courier services to ensure your gift box arrives safely and on time:
- The Courier Guy — Reliable door-to-door delivery across South Africa with real-time tracking.
- PostNet — Convenient collection and delivery options with branches nationwide. Ideal if you prefer to collect from a local PostNet branch.
- Pudo — Affordable locker-to-locker and door-to-door delivery. Pick up your parcel at a Pudo locker near you at a time that suits you.
We will select the most suitable courier based on your location and order details. You will be notified of which courier is handling your delivery once your order is dispatched.
Delivery Timeframes
- Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days from the date your order is confirmed and payment is received.
- Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays.
- Orders placed over weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During peak periods (e.g. Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas), delivery times may be longer. We will notify you of any delays.
Delivery Fees
- FREE delivery on all orders over R1500.
- A standard delivery fee applies to orders under R1500. The fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location.
- Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the order was incorrectly fulfilled by us.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
- You can use this tracking number on the respective courier’s website to monitor your delivery status.

- If you have not received your tracking details within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
Delivery Address
- Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete at checkout.
- Zhuri Gift Boxes is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If a re-delivery is required due to an incorrect address, additional fees may apply.
Failed Deliveries
- If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier will attempt re-delivery or leave a notification.
- For Pudo locker deliveries, you will have a set number of days to collect your parcel before it is returned.
- If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for re-delivery costs.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
- In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photos of the damage.
- If your parcel is lost in transit, please contact us and we will investigate with the relevant courier partner.
- We will do our best to resolve any delivery issues as quickly as possible.
